On September the 2nd, 300 hundred people entered  a 6mil m² land abandoned for 40 years, located in the São Paulo suburban area. Within three month only, the occupation became a cluster of 8,000 families. Their objective: occupy the place and reclaim their right to proper housing. Their name: “Povos Sem Medo” (People Without Fear)
